Gracewell of Hawley Welcomes New Chapter With Lavender Garden

Gracewell care homes have marked the launch of a brand new logo and corporate colour scheme with a series of fun 'purple parties.' At the Hawley care home, residents began a new gardening project to coincide with the changes.

Minding the Garden, an ecotherapy project run by Hart Voluntary Action, has gained some new members from the care home. The group welcomed residents of Hawley as they collaborated to plant a new lavender patch in the Hawley garden. Lavender was chosen to reflect the vibrant purple hue that is now the home's new logo colour following its rebranding.

"We're all excited to welcome the new chapter of our home and we would love everyone in the area to join us," says Ameilia Solley, manager of the Hawley community. "We are proud of being a part of this wonderful community and hope that we can create even closer ties with people and groups in the future."

Residents and their guests enjoyed a complementary buffet and a musical performance by students from the Hawley School Place. Similar events have been held in other communities to mark the beginning of Gracewell's exciting new start.

Gracewell of Hawley is a tight-knit community where residents spend their days in a comfortable, stylish environment surrounded by friendly faces. To learn more about the Hawley house or to find a location near you, contact us today.
