Jacqui Hampton, our Home Manager, leads a dedicated support team who works together on a daily basis to ensure that our residents' needs are constantly being identified and that truly personalised care is provided.

Having recently joined the team at Gracewell of Fareham I am looking forward to the challenge and all the opportunity that this beautiful home has to offer. I have a wealth of experience to share from previous Home Manager roles and regional roles.  The team here are friendly and passionate about the standard of care they deliver and already I feel right at Home.  I looking forward to meeting all our families, everyone can take advantage of my open door policy.  Together we can ensure that lives here are lived to the fullest.

My role is to find a solution to improve the quality of life. Show prospective residents and their families around our community reassuring them on the bespoke care plan they will receive and help to make that difficult and important decision easier. It’s extremely rewarding seeing our residents move in and feel at home straight away. They then wonder why they hadn’t made the decision sooner.

I’ve joined the healthcare sector after spending 20 years in hotels, restaurants and B&I sites, working in Italy, the UK, Ireland, Spain and Gibraltar. Being a totally new working environment for me, I’m very excited about the new challenges I’ll be facing from now on and equally proud of myself that, at 42, I left my comfort-zone to step into this “unknown adventure”. Based on my experience and background, I’ll make sure to deliver the Gracewell way of caring, and the best possible dining experience, to our residents, being sure to be supported by an excellent and supportive team.
