I have worked as the Home Manager for 3 and half years, having a vast amount of experience in care of the elderly, and worked in care home management for the past 15 years. I have managed to build a great team at MM, the home has a good feel factor of which we are all very proud.

I have been the Home Administrator at Maids Moreton for nearly 3 years, I have worked in Social Care and Private Care in the community for nearly 20 years. I bring my years of experience from the Care Sector, supporting our residents, resident’s families and the team.

As the Home Admission Advisor, I am responsible for the sales and marketing of the home. It brings me great delight when I am able to help families in their journey when considering care. I believe we respect every individual’s values and ensure that the best care experience for them, is unique.

Radu Stefanescu Hi, my name is Radu Stefanescu and I am in charge of making the community safe and secure. Day by day jobs can be a challenge and I strive to get the best. Maintenance for me means ‘’don’t leave a job for tomorrow, if you can do it today’’. I hope our residents, relatives and team members feel comfortable and safe at all times.

Jane Bowman I am Jane and I am the bar/bistro manager at Gracewell of Maids Moreton. I really enjoy my job and I like socialising with the residents and their families. I feel I have a great impact on their lives as I am a happy go lucky person and help to put a smile on all their faces.

Toni Thorne I have worked at Maids Moreton since the opening in late 2012. I have been foruante to havbe had many roleas within the home, including chef and activities. I am now reception/admin and enjoy meeting and greeting people. I also enjoy the interaction with the residents as they pass by. I am always on hand to help with you any enquiries.
