About Our Home

In the main care home at Gracewell of Sway, the spacious Atrium provides a central meeting point. Our beautiful care home includes the following features:

  • A grand piano where residents and guests can relax and enjoy the many musical events we host
  • Comfortable, stylish rooms including the Ladies Sitting Room, used for invitation-only afternoon tea and the knitting group
  • The Gentlemen’s Club regularly meets in the Library and we have a TV lounge for catching up on the latest news and interesting programmes
  • A choice of two restaurants, The Jubilee Restaurant and a private dining room, and the Tea Palace is open every day serving afternoon tea, coffee and delicious cakes
  • Residents who want to enjoy a drink or night cap, can relax in the fully licensed Ella's Bar, named after music legend Ella Fitzgerald.

The interior design at Gracewell of Sway is traditional in style with elegant, contemporary furniture and soft furnishings. All the beautifully designed bedrooms are private with en-suite bathrooms and there is plenty of room for residents to bring their own furniture and treasured items with them to make Gracewell of Sway truly feel like home.
