I took on the role of Deputy Home Manager in 2014; in this role I support the Home Manager in the day to day running the home. I am proud to work with a fantastic team whose aim is to provide our residents with the highest standard of care.

Helen Lennox, Home Admissions Advisor

Helen Lennox

As Home Admissions Advisor at Gracewell of Sway my role to support and guide families and potential residents who are considering care options.  It can be daunting when you first think about moving but my aim is to make it as easy as possible from start to finish. My role is incredibly rewarding and, I can honestly say I love my job. Seeing a resident, who was struggling at home, joining in our activities and making new friends, is the most rewarding thing. Call the home to arrange a time to visit for a coffee and chat to see how we can be of help.
