Tenure at Gracewell:
“I have been at Gracewell for nearly three years, working within the care home setting and wider community. Through my experience I have learned what makes a truly great care home.”

Experience in Senior Living:
“I always wanted to work for a company that cares for everyone, and I have found that here at Gracewell. The respect that exists between team members, residents and their families makes for a wonderful atmosphere.”

Why do I love working for Gracewell?
“Having spent my career in the care sector, it is lovely seeing our residents enjoying each day to the fullest. One of my favorite memories is when we took a trip to a brewery with all the gentleman from our care home. They had so much fun and came back from the trip with a look of real pleasure on their faces!

Having dementia or being a senior who needs some assistance is no reason to stop enjoying life. As a Senior Living Advisor, it is my job to to help. I talk with families and listen to their concerns and ensure them that when their loved one comes to Gracewell they will really love it here.”

My best advice to families or seniors looking for senior living:
"There are no silly questions and ask lots of questions! You can only make an educated decision if you get all of the information you need. Ask away!”
