Gracewell of Church Crookham Launches ‘Postcard for Kindness’ Campaign
Gracewell of Church Crookham care home, on Bourley Rd, Fleet, has launched a ‘Postcard for Kindness’ campaign, for members of the general public to get involved with and for residents to enjoy.
Anyone living in Fleet and beyond are invited to send postcards from their holidays or business trips. The team at Gracewell of Church Crookham will be looking to put up a world map and are hoping that they will eventually be able to get a postcard from every country. When a postcard is received, the idea will be for residents and the team to discuss the country, share experiences and recall their own memories of holidays and business trips.
Residents received their very first postcard from Bermuda last week, and others that have been sent in have come from Hong Kong and the different parts of the UK.
If you’d like to get involved, use the postcard to tell residents all about your holiday – from what you’ve been up to, to what you’ve eaten or just what the weather is like – and help Gracewell of Church Crookham really make someone’s day.
