A Banbury care home is celebrating after being named one of the top care homes in the country.

Gracewell of Adderbury has been named as one of South East England’s top 20 care homes by leading care home review site carehome.co.uk, for the second year running.

The award is based on reviews from Gracewell of Adderbury’s residents and their loved ones. Reviews from care homes across the South East of England were analysed by carehome.co.uk, before a top 20 list was drawn up.

Gracewell of Adderbury scored a perfect 10 for all of the reviews posted on the site, with residents and family members praising the care home for its beautiful rooms and facilities, the caring and professionalism of its care team and the wide range of activities on offer.

Nicole Smith, General Manager at Gracewell of Adderbury, said:

“The whole team are so pleased to have been ranked as one of South East England’s Top 20 care home providers by carehome.co.uk, for the second year running. We all work hard every day to provide high quality care and the best life for everyone we support, and so it’s really wonderful to see the reviews that are left for us by residents and their family members.”

Amanda Hopkins, reviews manager of carehome.co.uk, said:

“It is only the residents and their families and friends who can give a real insight into what a care home is like, which is why we use their reviews to find the best care homes in the UK. Choosing a care home can be a time consuming and exhausting process so we hope our awards help make the search easier.

“Gracewell of Adderbury has proved they provide a high standard of care and we would like to congratulate them on being a Top 20 care home in South East England! It is a huge achievement to be recognised for being a top rated care home by the people receiving the care.

“The reviews on carehome.co.uk reveal that many care homes are filled with warmth and laughter, where staff do their utmost to ensure residents continue to live life to the full and are treated with dignity and respect.”
