At Gracewell of Bath, we are recruiting an experienced team of dedicated professionals, all of whom will undergo our own in-depth training programme. Just as in every other Gracewell home, the whole team works to make sure that our residents' needs are constantly being identified and that truly personalised care is provided.

As a Bathonian myself I know how important a home of this unrivalled calibre is for the area and look forward to showcasing it to visitors and welcoming residents to their new home.
I have had 22 years of experience managing care homes and even more as a carer working mostly with older people. I am well qualified and have an excellent team to support me in delivering a quality service to our residents and enabling them to live truly meaningful lives.

I am incredibly proud to work for Gracewell offering a brand new purpose built home to the community of Bath and the surrounding area. I have over five years' experience as a healthcare assistant for older adults with varying complex and physical mental health needs. I became determined to be an advocate for such vulnerable adults so I furthered my education and qualified with an honours in Mental Health Nursing. Following this, I gained further experience on an acute ward however knew my passion lay in a care home setting and I was fortunate to join Gracewell of Bath in 2017, I have never looked back. Gracewell allows me to utilise my clinical toolkit to provide person centred clinical care with a holistic approach.
My team and I strive to provide exceptional care to our residents promoting our daily ethos K.I.T.E.R: Kindness Integrity Trust Empathy and Respect. I work primarily on the reminiscence floor where my background really plays dividend to provide up-to-date responsive care. I am so proud of what our team is achieving at Gracewell. The residents we have met, the journeys we have taken and the memories we have made are unforgettable. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our family.
Nick Sauter, Head Chef
I have 25 years' experience as a chef, with a diverse career that has involved opening a Four Diamond restaurant in the Caribbean. Then moving on to become the private chef for the Governor of Bermuda, during which time, I prepared meals for dignitaries from around the world, including The Queen, Prince Phillip and Princess Anne. Up until I became Head Chef of Gracewell of Bath, I worked at The Latymer, a Michelin Star Restaurant that featured on MasterChef and the Bath Spa Hotel – 2 Rosette. I have worked at Gracewell of Bath since it opened, I pour my heart and soul into every dish I create, and Gracewell of Bath residents are always extremely appreciative and it is my pleasure to serve them.

I come to Gracewell of Bath, having spent 9 years previously in a similar role within the Care Sector. Prior to that, I lived in Malta for 5 years where I worked for Blevins Franks Trustees and managed a huge portfolio of off shore trusts. I have a certification in Trust Law and Administration which is recognised globally. My pride and joy are my family; my beautiful wife, and my two equally beautiful daughters!
Since joining the business, I truly feel like I have gained another family. This was particularly evident during the commissioning of Gracewell of Bath and further reinforced by the recent Heart & Soul Awards.

I’ve worked for Gracewell Healthcare since 2014 where I was previously the Maintenance manager at Gracewell of Frome. I very much enjoy being part of the team and feel privileged to be the Maintenance Manager here in my home city of Bath. The opportunity to work with a great team in bath was too good to turn down. As maintenance manager I seek to provide top rate security, safety and comfort for all our residents.
