Gracewell of Church Crookham

Activities at Gracewell of Church Crookham 

Everyday - Daily Namaste sessions in the morning for our memory care residents, with massages of the hands and feet, exercise, yoga, and warm drinks

Monday - An exercise class with Irene starts off our Monday mornings each week, though this is via Zoom at present

Tuesday - Once a week on a Tuesday we hold a Craft Club where residents put their artistic skills to the test

Wednesday - On Wednesday's we hold a service for our Catholic residents to receive Holy Communion, though other denominations are welcome to attend. We also host word games in the Bistro each week with games such as Hangman, Boggle, Word staircase, and Word Wheel

Thursday - Every Thursday morning we host a Tai Chi class for our residents and is followed by Poetry Readings

Friday - We have musical entertainers every Friday to end the week, with our Thirsty Friday Bar - where residents can enjoy a drink before dinner

Other Activities - There is a virtual bike available for residents to use, with three sessions scheduled a week. There is also a weekly quiz and group crossword club held throughout the week, alongside our bus trips on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday every week

Free Breakfast For Healthcare and Adult Social Care Professionals, Wednesday 20th October, 9 am

Gracewell of Church Crookham invites Healthcare and Adult Social Care Professionals to join us for a free breakfast on Wednesday 20th October at 9am. Order from our continental or cooked breakfast menu and collect from Gracewell of Church Crookham. We will also be selling our own Freshly Baked Breads to raise money for Phyllis Tuckwell.
