Meet Our Team

It is the people who make our home a truly happy and caring one.

At Gracewell of Bookham, we are recruiting an experienced team of dedicated professionals, all of whom will undergo our own in-depth training programme. Just as in every other Gracewell home, the whole team works to make sure that our residents' needs are constantly being identified and that truly personalised care is provided.

Harry Garston, General Manager

Harry GarstonMy name is Harry Garston and I am very proud to be the General Manager of Gracewell of Bookham. I have worked at Gracewell since early 2016, after serving my Commission in the British Army. It is a Company whose values and beliefs closely align to my own beliefs and I am passionate about the care we provide to our Residents. The favourite
element of my day is always getting to know our residents. This allows me to better support the team here to provide
person centred care to each of the residents.

Constantin Zidaru, Deputy Manager

CostiMy Name is Constantin Zidaru and I have been working for Gracewell since 2015. I initially joined the company as a Team Leader and have since progressed to become the Deputy Manager of Gracewell of Bookham. I enjoy all aspects of my job and love interacting and learning more about our residents' lives as this enables me to provide them with a better service.

Vicky Radmore, Home Admissions Advisor

Bookham - Vicky Radmore

As the Home Admissions Advisor for Gracewell of Bookham my role is to help prospective residents and families through understanding what’s important to them as well as showing them the benefits of our beautiful home and demonstrating how Gracewell offers solutions bespoke to each resident. It’s a pleasure to be working alongside such a fantastic team. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and discovering new places to eat out. I’m also a keen walker often taking on various treks for charity. I look forward to showing you around Gracewell of Bookham.

Georgie D'Elia, Home Administrator

Georgie DEliaI am the Home Administrator at Gracewell Bookham. I have experience in IT, Accounting & HR/Payroll, I have also worked in Social Care as both Administrator and Support Worker. My family and I lived in Australia for 9 years and on returning a few years ago I decided that wanted to work in a Residential Home and have been lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to join Gracewell of Bookham.

Michelle Marr, Head Housekeeper

Bookham - Michelle MarrI have strong empathy for all of our residents here at Gracewell of Bookham and I feel I have a very rewarding role. I take great pride in ensuring that our home is presented to a very high standard, keeping our residents rooms and communal areas clean, tidy and safe. Myself and my team enjoy being with the residents every day, getting to know everyone individually to ensure we can deliver a truly personalised experience. I am very fortunate to work in such a beautiful home.

Derek Hurst, Maintenance Coordinator

Derek HurstMy name is Derek Hurst. I am the Maintenance Coordinator here at Gracewell of Bookham. I have been at Gracewell
of Bookham since the home opened in August 2017. I have been in the building trade since I left school starting with my apprenticeship as a carpenter/joiner working up to site manger then coming into the Care Home Sector. I have always been a caring and willing person putting the needs of others above my own. I have also helped out here with driving the mini bus for resident trips out because it gives me a lot of pleasure seeing their happiness when out on the trips. My aim is to respect everyone, our residents,
our visitors and our staff as I always respect everyone equally.
