We can keep you as busy, or relaxed, as you wish at Gracewell of Church Crookham. To ensure our residents and their families are happy and fulfilled, we plan regular social activities and a full annual events program.

We believe in the joy of learning and the power of laughter; we also strive to ensure families and friends socialise regularly. Here are a few examples of regular weekly events:

MondaysPets as Therapy 2pm  & Arm Chair Exercises 3pm

Tuesdays: Flower arranging 11am & Arts & Crafts 11am

WednesdaysChat Club 11am

Showtime - Last Wednesday of every month, 11am - We would like to open our cinema doors to you, the local community. Our Dementia Friendly screenings aim to make the cinema experience more accessible to local people living with dementia and their families by providing a fun and inclusive experience in a safe and welcome environment. The lights are left on low, there are no adverts, no trailers and audience participation is always encouraged. Viewers are free to move around, come and a go as they please and enjoy the free popcorn.

Thursdays: Trips Out 10am  & Thirsty Thursday 2.30pm

Memory Lane Barbers - We want to create a relaxing environment, play good music and socialise whilst taking a trip down memory lane with our weekly barber event. Every Thursday, Memory Lane Barber will be transforming our salon for the day and providing a unique barber experience for our residents!

Fridays: Hairdresser 9am & Entertainment 3pm  & Food Tasting 3pm

Baby Brunch - Last Friday of every Month, 10am - 12pm - Gracewell of Church Crookham is hosting a baby and toddler group - a great opportunity for you to meet other parents with children. Your child can make some new friends too - and in this case, that includes older ones! We'd like to bridge the gap by offering a unique opportunity for your child to spend some time with our elderly residents. The group is run by Leanne Applewhite and provides a selection of toys for various ages. Light refreshments will be served!

Weekends: Breakfast Club 9am  & Board Games 2pm

(These are subject to change, so please call to learn about what is happening each day.)
