It is the people who make our home a truly happy and caring one.We are proud to have a great team who delivers highly personalised care in the utmost professional way and with genuine kindness. Lisa Franklin, our Home Manager, leads a dedicated support team who works together on a daily basis to ensure that our residents' needs are constantly being identified and that truly personalised care is provided.

As General Manager of Gracewell of Sway I am proud and privileged to lead a beautiful home in the heart of the New Forest. I have a wealth of dedicated team members who aim to deliver the highest standards of care to our residents. The team go above and beyond the call of duty to make a difference to the residents who live in our home.

Sway - Janet Lopez

I have been at Gracewell of Sway since 2012. As part of this team, one of my achievements was being nominated in the National Care Awards 2014 as one of the Top 5 finalist in the Care Manager category. As a Deputy Manager my role is to support the manager and carry out Audits to maintain the good standards of the home. I am proud to be part of a dedicated care team whose aim is to deliver Person Centred and High Standard care.

Allen Dodgson, Activities Co-ordinator

I joined Gracewell of Sway in 2011 as part of the activities team.  As Activities Coordinator my role is to lead the team in running a vast array of activities to engage our residents.  We host many activities every week which include a trekking club, mini bus trips, word games and quizzes, gentleman’s club, singalongs and gentle exercise classes. The activities team often host events for our residents and their families to celebrate national and international special occasions.

I have been at Gracewell of Sway since 2007. As Head of Administration, I oversee the entire administrative function within the home including leadership of the Reception team, HR and Payroll and Resident Billing. My team and I are committed to delivering the highest standard of customer services at all times.

As Home Admissions Advisor, my role is to support and guide potential residents and their families through the daunting process of finding the right care solution. I can honestly say that I love my job and seeing a resident come into Gracewell and taking part in the activities and enjoying their life is a fantastic reward.

Chris Barber, Maintenance Manager

Sway - Chris Barber My department' role is to ensure that all systems are monitored to provide the best possible comfort & security for all our residents, and to deal with any day to day maintenance issues. It is great to be part of a wonderful team & this caring community.
