Events and activities at Gracewell of Weymouth begin with us learning more about you as an individual so that we can help you continue enjoying the hobbies and pastimes that you love.

Tea Pot Tuesday. Please join our activities team, residents & friends of Gracewell for our Coffee morning every Tuesday.

Weymouth Aphasia Group. 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month -  The Aphasia group spend the afternoon catching up over tea/coffees, finding support from others and having fun.

Gardening Club. Every Friday, 1-4pm (during the summer months) - Join our residents and friends of Gracewell in the garden for light refreshments and a spot of gardening. Take advantage of the therapeutic benefits of working outside in our beautiful garden.

Resident for a Day. As a resident for a day, you'll experience a typical day at Gracewell of Weymouth in the company of our residents. On the day you will have the opportunity to get involved in our activities programme, meet with residents and staff and enjoy a meal from our award-wining dining menu. If you would like to be a resident for a day please contact Esther Sheppard our Home Admission Advisor on 01305 233300.

All our events are closed to visitors at this time. For further information please contact the home.

Access to our homes: latest information

We continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis, following public health advice. We've a detailed set of criteria to inform when an individual home can be reopened safely to limited visiting either by families of existing residents or by potential new residents who may want to view one of our homes. The majority of our homes are open for admissions.

As part of our approach to reopening for visitors, we'll be operating in a very different way. To minimise the risk of infection we've produced a safety guide. We'll continue to follow public health advice to determine when visits will return to normal and will continue to do our best to support residents to keep in touch with loved ones.
