At Gracewell of Sutton, we are recruiting an experienced team of dedicated professionals, all of whom will undergo our own in-depth training programme. Just as in every other Gracewell home, the whole team works to make sure that our residents' needs are constantly being identified and that truly personalised care is provided.
Jogie Dellota, General Manager
I am a registered nurse with ten years of experience of providing care in a variety of health care setting such as medical, neuro-rehabilitation, elderly, dementia, autism, and learning disability. She is committed to improve quality of care through evaluation of practice and lifelong learning as she believes that an outstanding level of care is what every resident deserves.
Paula Bell, Acting Deputy Manager
I am the Acting Deputy Manager and a Registered Nurse. I have been working in healthcare for more than 10 years in a range of different settings from stroke units, elderly care and dementia care. I have been with Gracewell for two years now. I love coming to work every morning and supporting the team to improve the lives of our residents. I am very proud to be a nurse; not only do I touch the lives of my residents but they touch mine.
Sue Martin, Home Admissions Advisor
I transferred in June 2019 to Gracewell of Sutton as their Home Admissions Advisor having previously been with Sunrise Senior Living for over 5 years. I work with families and potential residents in helping them to find the right care solution, whether that be residential, dementia care or nursing.
It is a pure joy for me to see the positive difference moving into Gracewell can make to someone’s life and this in turn makes my job so rewarding. I look forward to speaking to you very soon.

Having been working as an Activity Assistant for the past year I am delighted to have been given this role. I always said when I joined the company that I wanted to put a smile on the residents faces every day and now I have the opportunity to do just that by arranging a variety of different activities for the residents to enjoy. I joined Gracewell in July 2016. I have worked within HR for the past 10 years with companies such as Skype, BNYM, Hudson Recruitment & Croydon College. This is a very new and exciting opportunity for me, being part of a new team opening a brand new home.

Since joining Gracewell in January 2018, never having been in a receptionist role before, I truly feel that this is the job I was meant to do. As the first person that visitors see, I always enjoy welcoming them into our friendly and happy home. I love our residents and getting to know them and their families. It's a real privilege to be part of this amazing home and I'm very proud to be able to go the extra mile to make sure our residents have everything they want, even if this means a chat and a coffee in the Bistro.
