CareConnect - Providing You with The Very Best Care

As we continually strive to improve the quality of care that we offer to our residents, we are enhancing how we record residents’ health information.

CareConnect is an electronic health record system that helps us to document important information about you securely and efficiently. Our team will document the assistance they provide to you in real-time on privacy-protected touchscreen kiosks that are available to care assistants throughout the care home.

CareConnect will:
  • Personalise your care by inputting real-time updates about your needs, including medication reminders
  • Keep track of your personal preferences, such as the activities you enjoy
  • Securely track, manage, and document care and services as they happen

Only authorised staff who are directly involved with your care will have access to your CareConnect health records.

To learn more about CareConnect, please book a visit at one of our beautiful homes.

Visiting arrangements

As our residents are all particularly vulnerable to the COVID-19 infection, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all visits from relatives and friends, unless in exceptional circumstances. We do not take this decision lightly; reducing visitors into our homes will help protect the health and safety of residents which is our priority. Visits from healthcare professionals and for matters relating to health and safety continue with appropriate precautions.

Our intention is to follow public health advice to determine when visits will return to normal. We will continue to do our best to support residents to keep in touch with loved ones via other methods, such as phone and video calls, letters or emails in the short term.
